The swedish massage is custom fit for the person that needs to slow down life for a moment while and taking some “ME” time. This massage doesn’t focus on the release of  knots or specific trigger points like many other massages. This type of massage is more of a light touch, though still therapeutic, that will leave you feeling fully relaxed and useless for several hours to follow.
